- 서비스의 모든 핵심 기능(이미지 래스터라이징, 오디오 디코딩/인코딩, 일괄 이름 변경 및 디스크 직접 쓰기/ZIP 다운로드 등)은 완전한 **클라이언트 사이드(Client-Side)** 방식으로 동작합니다. 사용자가 작업을 위해 선택하거나 입력한 파일 및 파일명 정보는 외부 서버로 이전되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
3. 지식재산권 및 사용 라이선스
- 변환 원본 및 결과물의 귀속: 이용자가 서비스를 통해 가공, 이름 변경 또는 삭제하기 위해 투입한 원본 파일 및 작업 완료된 결과물(이미지, 오디오 파일, 수정된 로컬 파일 등)에 대한 모든 지식재산권, 저작권, 사용 권리는 전적으로 이를 적재하고 가공한 이용자 본인에게 귀속됩니다.
- 상업적 이용의 자유: 본 서비스를 활용하여 생산한 변환 결과물 및 변경된 파일명 등은 개인적, 비상업적 용도뿐만 아니라 인쇄물, 웹 서비스 배포, 제품 디자인, 소프트웨어 등 상업적 환경을 포함하여 모든 분야에서 자유롭게 저작권 제약 없이 사용이 가능합니다.

- 핵심 가공 작업을 진행하기 전, 원본 데이터를 타 폴더에 안전하게 사전에 백업해둘 의무는 전적으로 이용자 본인에게 있습니다. 특히 파일 이름 변경과 파일 삭제는 복구가 불가하므로 각별한 주의가 필요합니다.
- 본 서비스는 외부 네트워크 장애, 제3자 인프라(호스팅, 광고 파트너십 등) 점검, 브라우저 사양 및 보안 표준 변경 등으로 인해 기능 제공이 예고 없이 일시적으로 중단되거나 제한될 수 있습니다.
6. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

- All core features (image rasterization, audio encoding/decoding, bulk rename, direct file write, and ZIP download) operate entirely client-side. The files and filenames you process are never sent to or stored on any external server.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & License of Use
- Ownership of Source Materials and Outputs: All intellectual property rights, copyrights, and usage rights for files processed or generated (images, audio, renamed files) belong entirely to the user.

4. User Obligations & Restrictions
